Acquired a 60,000 SF parcel at Bellflower Road and Highway 91. Executed a lease with In-N-Out Burgerand entitled the property for a 3,875 SF drive thru.

Acquired major postion in a $70 million 600 unit value add apartment complex in Denver, CO.

Acquired major postion in a $30 million 400 unit value add apartment complex in Houston, TX.

1302 E Plaza Boulevard. Acquired a 6,200 SF former laundry mat and renovated the building into two retail spaces – Mission Federal Credit Unionand 85 Degrees Bakery.

 Acquired a 80,000 square foot Albertsons that was vacating located at 7910 Katella Avenue in Stanton, California. Leased the space to Food4Less Grocery.

• Indio, California
 Acquired a 58,000 square-foot former Albertsons and repositioned the property with a Cardenas Market in Indio, California.

• Portland, Oregon
 Acquired a vacant 50,000 SF Albertsons and leased the entire building to LA Fitness.

• Moreno Valley, California
 Acquired a 41,000 square-foot former vacant Albertsons building. Demised the building and leased 15,000 SF to Dollar Tree and 25,000 SF to Smart & Final.

 Acquired a 40,000 square-foot former Albertsons and repositioned the property with a Cardenas Market in South Gate, California.
